Dear Parents,
The BFCCPS PCO extends a warm welcome to those of you who
are new to our school, and a “welcome back” to all those returning.
To support the activities that the PCO sponsors, we need your help!
Working together, we can truly make a difference in the lives of our children.
How You Can Help:
1.
Review
the activities that need volunteers and
share your time/talents.
Feel free to contact the chairperson or any
board member for more information.
2.
Complete
the enclosed VOLUNTEER FORM and return it to
the PCO on Forms Night, Tuesday 9/8 from 3:30 – 7:00 pm.
3.
Participate in PCO sponsored activities with your child.
4.
Attend
PCO meetings periodically (childcare is often
provided).
5.
Support PCO sponsored
fundraisers: Monies raised fund
the scheduled activities during the school year such as
Arts Enrichment, Teacher Grants, Family Nights,
etc and the many extras we provide for the students and schools.
Your involvement with the PCO will benefit
everyone, but the greatest reward is seeing the smile on your child's face when
you
are involved in his or her world. So please join
us in making this a successful year!
We look forward to meeting everyone at our first PCO Board meeting on
Wednesday, September 9, at
7:00 PM
in the BFCCPS Library.
