BFCCPS - Fund Raising

The Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School has a number of fund raising programs which you can participate in. Many of these provide services which you may already use. By participating through our fundraising programs, you get the goods and services you need and help out the school at the same time. BFCCPS Band Poinsettia and Spring Plant Sales - Help raise funds needed to purchase supplies, awards, music, and equipment for the Concert, Jazz, and Symphonic Bands, Wind Ensemble, and Marching Band. These are major fundraisers for the band program and we would like to see every BFCCPS and band family participate in this event. We offer a wide variety of colors and sizes of Poinsettias in Late November/Early December and a whole new Spring Flower Sale at Medway Gardens, just in time for Spring Planting and Memorial Day!

BFCCPS & Isabella's -- Partners in Education - The second Tuesday of each month is BFCCPS Night at Isabella's. When you ask for and use a Partners in Education voucher at their Franklin restaurant any time between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month, 30% of the proceeds from your purchase will be donated BACK to BFCCPS and will go directly towards funding math manipulatives for our classrooms. General Mills Box Tops for Education

- Simply cut on the dotted line and submit "Box Tops for Education" symbols from cereals and other food items. Send them into school with your child in a baggie or an envelope with their teacher's name on it. We earn 10 cents/box top and earmark all proceeds from this to our Mimeo Technology. Last year we raised over $1500.00. Have the kids help you spot the box tops.

TARGET Take Charge of Education Program - Register your Target VISA or your Target Red Card and Target donates money to BFCCPS based on a percentage of your total purchases. To register, go online to www.Target.com (choose prompts for "Community" and the "Take Charge of Education" program) or call 1-800-316-6142. Verizon Extra Credit For Schools Program - 5% of Long Distance Bill Donated to BFCCPS - Through this program, Verizon Long Distance customers enrolled can donate 5% of their Verizon Long Distance payments (excluding Freedom Plan payments) to our Parent Community Organization. In addition to signing up your own phone number, check with other friends and family who have Verizon Long Distance and sign them up too. It’s as easy as dialing 1-877-X-CREDIT. Existing Verizon customers choose option 3 to sign up to support our school (listed as Benjamin Franklin Charter School); if you’d like to switch to Verizon in order to support this program, please choose option 2.
