Anna dos Santos and her husband, Bob Pritchard, joined the BFCCPS community when their son, Andy, started kindergarten in the fall of 2003. She has found that volunteering at BFCCPS as a room parent; at lunch and recess; as Destination Imagination Team Leader; and as a character education mentor for the 6th grade; and outside of BFCCPS as a Cub Scout Den Leader to be extremely rewarding.

This experience provided Anna with the opportunity to gain in depth knowledge of public sector financial and HR business processes; manage innumerable projects; direct an organization of 100+ people; and to develop many skills that can be directed to helping BFCCPS become the best school it can be.
